Tuned speed factor

(1) Decreased speed coefficient.

(2) Increased cannon damage from 0.5 to 0.6.

(3) Twin cannon: moved cannon barrels closer together.

(4) Offline play: will save the high score achieved during offline time, then upload it to cloud, once reconnected to internet.
